About Dawn Chemello

Dawn Chemello’s art is beautiful and tells a story of dedication, passion, and community. Her journey began in the vibrant art scenes of California’s Inland communities, where she earned acclaim and accolades, including multiple “Best in Show” honors at prestigious galleries. Dawn’s success led her to join “The Valley Seven,” an esteemed art club that recognized her talent and commitment to her craft.

In 2015, Dawn opened “The Wine Country Art Gallery” in the stunning vineyards of Temecula, California. This gallery was more than just a showcase for her works; it was a hub for creativity, where she nurtured emerging artists through lessons and exhibitions. Her impact extended beyond the gallery walls, with her art featured in local wineries and restaurants and even gracing the cover of the Jefferson Transitional Agency booklet with her celebrated painting “Hydrangeas.”

Today, Dawn’s artistic journey continues in Arizona, where she recently completed a Fine Arts degree at Yavapai College. This formal education has enriched her profound skills, blending her self-taught roots with advanced training in art history, design, and painting.
