My art is classical, perceptible, and soothing. My goal is to capture light and dark, which gives dimension, visual order, depth, and beauty with deep and vibrant color. My art focuses on refined and precise details. I see my subjects as clear and clean forms, striking color, and a collection of many parts. I am absorbed into the painting as it grows and develops, and my skill is in deliberate and exacting brush strokes capturing the essence of subjects. It is this visual order which pleases and invites. I want my viewers to see beauty refined to a single petal. My art is unique because it is the beginning of art’s return to a natural realistic style.

A gallery wrapped canvas is a method of stretching the canvas on one-to-two inch stretcher boards and wrapped on the edges to be stapled on the back of the boards. Wrapping makes the print ready to frame or hang without a frame.
